Score Tigers Rugby League is a new and exciting program run by The Disability Trust which offers participants the opportunity to be part of the Wests Tigers sporting community!

Open Day for new fully accessible short term accommodation NDIS - transition to 18 yo

The service caters for families whose children are turning 18 in the next 6 months who will soon transition from an under 18’s service to an over 18’s service.

At Avenue, people develop a variety of life and work skills regardless of their support needs.

Avenue takes on a holistic approach to service provision and supports each individual with their goals through personalised work experience, social activities and learning programs.

We support people of all abilities!

We have recently opened in Parramatta and have many vacancies, contact [email protected] or 02 9190 2720 for referrals, and to arrange a visit!

Avenue can be accessed using Core Supports, SLES and Capacity Building funds.

Avenue is a social enterprise of Fighting Chance Australia.

Fighting Chance:

Camps, Funday Sunday and Social / Sports groups

The Disability Trust has new Camps, sport and recreation / social and leisure groups for people of all ages. Now operating from our Campbelltown office and across Macarthur.

Fair Go Care Services- NDIS Provider

Fair Go Care Services is an NDIS registered provider and has a team of skilled staff to provide core support to NDIS Participants. Our approach to participants is defining features of Fair go Care where everything is orientated to achieving the outcomes people want in their lives. This translates into personalized, local service and honest, open communication with our participants and their families.
We recruit selectively, ensuring the highest standards of screening are met. The staff has thorough reference checks, positive police clearances, skills and experience for the jobs that they are matched for.
